RIVER RIBNIK

Ribnik is a spring fed stream with a lot of vegetation, it reminds you of some chalk streams in UK. It is very well populated with wild fish, 70% of it is grayling and 30% Brown Trout. The river is easy accessible and since the maximum depth is about 80cm, you can wade everywhere. Experienced fishermen can expect a lot of action on dry flies as well as nymphs. The upper part it has sort of a mountain character and the vegetation in the river is full of water shrimps which is Grayling’s main food.
